This 100+ year old farmhouse kitchen is unrecognizable since we rebuilt it from the ground up. A hugely improved layout delivers outstanding functionality to this now beautiful kitchen.
We added sliding glass doors out to a deck which we also designed and built to capitalize on beautiful mountain views. We highlight the beauty of this home by accentuating natural wood beam elements throughout the house.
Increasing cabinetry three fold gives ample room for storage and adding a coffee bar was a brilliant finishing touch.
All new appliances, a beautiful herring bone marble backsplash, intricate trim work and solid walnut countertops bring this kitchen to a whole new level of luxury.

We turned an old outdated bedroom into a spacious and comfortable living space by adding hardwood flooring, new trim work, ceiling lighting, a sleek barn door leading to the primary bath and custom furnishings.

Sometimes we accomplish multiple objectives with one project. This home's exterior siding was in bad shape giving the home negative curb appeal. We replaced it with new vinyl siding and also increased energy efficiency by sealing up air leakage and adding additional insulation, restoring it's beauty.
Also shown in the last picture of this project is a deck we designed and built for this house.

This kitchen was originally laid out inefficiently and felt very cramped and dated. We changed the entire layout by relocated the window and sink which originally overlooked the garage roof to take advantage of the beautiful views out of the back of the house. We also moved the refrigerator to create more wall space for cabinetry and added a coffee bar.

We designed and built a deck extending it to the kitchen where we added sliding glass doors with access from the kitchen.

Utilizing a two tone cabinet design approach, we installed rich blue lower cabinets and classic white uppers to give a bold contrast and fresh new look. We took the upper cabinets to the ceiling and designed and build a custom hardwood range hood and exhaust fan.

We installed hardwood pecan flooring throughout the house and continued it into the kitchen adding warmth and durability to the space.
Along with all new appliances, we added a natural marble backsplash going to the ceiling and open shelving to compliment the cabinetry.
